Job description

The Information Systems Department of our client is responsible for providing 25,000 users with the necessary data and processes for their daily activities, while respecting service contracts; ensuring the security and sustainability of the Group’s IT assets; supporting the Group’s commercial development in France and internationally; developing new information systems and technical infrastructures, and maintaining existing systems.

The mission will take place within the Data division
The team’s action is part of the data processing chain of our client’s platform and is responsible for providing users with the data necessary for a given operational use (such as 360 Customer Knowledge).

The mission:
As part of an Agile team,
– Collaborate on the proper understanding and formalization of user needs (writing User stories, Business Model, etc.), and on the definition of functional solutions, by participating in “Business” workshops.
– Define solutions with developers, ensuring the functional and technical consistency of the Group’s IS, and relying on technical architects and planners when necessary.
– Write and update functional specifications
– Write test plans for changes and new features
– Qualify corrections before delivery to the client, analyze and resolve anomalies in testing, pre-production, and production
– Participate in various project meetings (Daily, demo, etc.)
